Erin’s Sandcastle

“Erin’s Sandcastle” is a great place for 1 large family, 2 families or multigenerational families who want to vacation together.  The house is a side by side duplex.  Inside is a lockable doorway between the two living rooms.  Keep it open and families can mingle, close it and you have complete privacy.  Each side has a large fully equipped kitchen/living room area.  This space has an eat-in kitchen with a table that seats four.  The living room is equipped with comfortable, casual furniture.  Off the living room is a hallway that opens into two bedrooms and a full bath. There is a screened -in porch off the front and back.  The back porch contains a large picnic table (seats 8) and Adirondack porch furniture. A short walk out the back door, down the boardwalk, down a few steps and you are on the beach!  All rooms, including bedrooms, have ceiling fans. Two enclosed completely private outside showers with dressing areas are downstairs for after the beach.

The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances (Microwave, Stove, and Refrigerator), small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, waffle iron, ice cream maker, and crock pot).  Dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils are provided. 

2 Color TV’s, streaming, Wireless high speed internet, VCR, and DVD are provided along with a children’s and adult library.  Board games, cards, and puzzles are also available for your use.
